Today, take a wide view of your journey and write about who you were then and who you are now. You may like to watch videos online of others who have successfully grape fasted. Inspiration is all over the place. It truly is possible for you to grow, learn and change. You can do it!

GF22 – Feel Your Energy Rising

You may notice more lightness and inner space. Today, observe and describe how your energy feels now compared to when you began. And remember, if you can’t face fresh grapes, raisins are your friend. Some of us detox huge amounts of mucus from the head, and that can drain down from the sinuses through the throat and into the stomach and create incredible nausea. Eating dry raisins, or warmed, re-hydrated raisins, can help you get through detox symptoms without breaking your fast. You can do this!
